Ingredients
- ½ cup walnuts;
- ½ tablespoon butter;
- ½ teaspoon of salt;
- a pinch of black pepper;
- 1 avocado;
- 1 tablespoon of olive oil;
- 6 cherries;
- 30 g smoked salmon.
Cooking
Toast the nuts over high heat for 1 minute. Add oil and keep on the stove for another 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle them with a pinch of salt and pepper. Put nuts on paper towels.
Cut avocados into thin slices and transfer to a plate. Sprinkle with salt, pour olive oil. Cut the cherry in half, take out the seeds and put it on a plate. Cut salmon into small pieces, lay on top. Crumble walnuts on a plate.
