Ingredients
1 tsp. Almond oil
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
1 hrs. Milk
3/4 tsp. Fine sea salt
1 1/2 tsp. Backpacker
1/4 hrs. Potato starch
1/4 hrs. Almond flour
1/4 hrs. Buckwheat flour
1 3/4 hrs. Sorghum flour
1 hrs. Water
2 pcs. Eggs
4 tablespoons Coconut oil
1 tablespoon Honey
Method of preparation
1. Fry pan at medium temperature.
2. In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together. Make a well in the center and add the liquid ingredients to it. All the ingredients are stirred well until a smooth, homogeneous mixture is obtained.
3. Pancakes are fried and after they sprinkle with the prepared jam for filling.
