On 24 April 2015 I was diagnosed as a diabetic with Type II Diabetes by my doctor. On 6 October 2016 my doctor cleared me as no longer being diabetic. So how did I do it? Disclosure: I am not a physician

I can't do a A1c at home, and my doctor is on vacation (again!), so I am limited in how I can check my progress objectively. I have ketostix but honestly I don't trust them as much as my internal awareness.
