The 4:15 am alarm woke me. Mister was already awake. I drank some water. We prep'd our food. I made the bed. We packed the car. I eventually got dressed. And off we went. We headed north. Our destination

While the Mister did his long run early I had a much needed sleep in. I've been trying to get much more intentional with sleep in the latter part of this year and see if I can use an alarm clock less often.
