オムライス - 1900年(明治33年)に誕生した。調理済みの米飯を鶏卵でオムレツのように包んだ日本の洋食。今は洋食店のみならず一般の食堂でも、また家庭料理としてもよく作られており、創作オムライス店による様々な派生品も存在する。
Omurice - Originated around the turn of 20th century, Japanese started to combine omelette with fried rice and usually topped with ketchup. Nowadays, this cuisine is a popular dish often found at western style restaurant in Japan.
