Created this LV sling bag for a birthday girl.
这是我刚刚过的周末接到的订单之一,LV包包蛋糕。
I layered the butter cake with my homemade dark Chocolate ganache to make sure it stacks firmly and easy for me to cut out the shape of the bag. This is how it looks during the shaping process. It's really messy to create all this, I don't really like this part haha!
我用自制的黑巧克力伽纳徹来做蛋糕之间的夹心,吃起来不油腻也不会太甜,它能够让这蛋糕更加的稳固不会容易变得软软导致蛋糕层滑开,之后的切出蛋糕造型过程就会容易些。制作过程难免看了有点乱,我自己也超不喜欢这个阶段😄
Spread the dark chocolate ganache on the shaped cake. And chilled in fridge to make sure the chocolate ganache is harden and firm to hold the cake before decorating part.
再用黑巧克力伽纳徹涂上整个蛋糕,之后冷却在冰箱内好让黑巧克力凝固点,才能让最后设计蛋糕过程比较容易。不然太软的黑巧克力和蛋糕根本没办法支撑比较重的翻糖,会导致整个蛋糕形状走样。
Tadaaa~~ I didn't take any photo during the decorating process because I need to be quick to make sure everything on the bag is nicely done. The LV monogram design is printed on icing image(it's edible paper, in vanilla flavor). Gold part on the bag is painted with edible gold food powder with some gold airbrush work to make sure the outcome looks good.
好了!因为需抓紧时间并确保每一个步骤都不马虎,我没有来得及拍下制造过程。LV 花押字是打印在可食用糖纸上,有着香香的香草味。金色装饰部分是用可食用金色色粉涂上,加上蛋糕喷枪的效果,让那小部分的金色看了更真实。
