Chinese long bean used to be very common in Chinese food recipe. I don't know why but it is now more difficult to buy this long bean. It is generally not available at super market. So you have to go to the wet market to search for it.
In the picture, it was pan-fried together with roasted duck. A very tasty dish but it took a long time to cut the roasted duck into small pieces. For this recipe, it was not necessary to add any salt for the taste because some pickled vegetables were added. By this dish alone, I ate 3 bowl of rice!...hahah....
