It does not look delicious. May be you can say it does not give you any appetite at all. But do you know what is it? This was the first time I tried... the spicy lamb hoof. It does not like spicy but it really taste very spicy. Together with a strong taste of lamb, it give you a full load of collagen. It is finger licking good.
