Almost forgot to write this up today. Decent OMAD, starting early (noonish) with a smaller salad and some extra meat. Verging closer to carnivore. Mostly I'm just waiting for the salad fixings I have in the fridge to run out.
So that was a big bone broth with coffee, butter, coconut oil, and egg yolks. Bacon and eggs. Another one of those tough sirloins, I tried marinating it first, and while it tasted nice, it was still tough. I might need to look at my Butcherbox order and maybe change them out. There is also the left-over chicken leg and a piece of liver. Which is the B12.
The salad was much less, mostly because I didn't put egg, avocado, or meat on it.
Still only 2/3rds of my estimated energy needs, but I included part of the nutrient quantities (below) because I think it's funny that I have 50 times the B12 that they say I need.
