There's nothing better than a good plate of piled high nachos. These babies were ordered for curbside pick-up. Most of my favorite restaurants in town haven't started to relax their Covid protocol yet. That's a good thing I think. That being said the ingredients for this plate were packaged individually to prevent the horrid soggy chip. It also lent a little bit of the create your own feel to the dish. She dug it, I didn't.
This is some of the best guacamole in town. Another stand out is the pickled onions, so good we started making our own. Top it all off with some well seasoned cheese dip and pico and you're good to go. The chicken was a bit lackluster and I prefer shrimp but as a dish to split always go with the safe bet!
We ended the evening with a nice dark chocolate bar with dried figs from Dick Taylor. My kind of chocolate bar and also the last of the fancy chocolate delivery from about a month ago.........Until next week everybody have a good:
