Back and Biceps... Back is the โbigโ muscle group, biceps are the โsmallโ muscle group (although mine are quite large I must say ๐ช๐)
4 exercises for BIG and 3 for the SMALL muscles, 3 sets each at 12-15 reps because itโs an ENDURANCE workout (so weights should be on the lighter side).
Jump lunges between each exercise set to get the heart going ๐๐ป๐ฅ
