Started go to gym 3 weeks ago, I had been practicing a lot before that but not in gym and with weights (swimming, bodyweight exercises, other sports) so I am new in this world.
I'm reading a lot about gym, nutrition and all that stuff and trying to introduce myself best as possible in fitness world.
My goal is to build muscle, gain weight and get "in shape".
Training plan:
Monday:
- Chest and triceps.
Tuesday:
- Core and legs. Usually I do exercises like plank, plank modifications and ab exercises first to warm up and stabilize my core for squats.
Wednesday:
- Rest.
Thursday:
- Back.
Friday:
- Shoulders and biceps.
Saturday:
- Core and legs.
Sunday:
- Rest.
