I wanted to give you a quick update on my health and fitness journey.
My weight has been holding steady at around 85kg, which is great news. Although, I did have a slight deviation from my intermittent fasting routine last Saturday when I joined our neighbors for a grill party with some drinks. However, I've since been back on track with a disciplined schedule for the past two days.
I had initially planned to hit the gym for a leg day last Friday, but life got busy, and I ran out of time. The weekend rolled in, and I found myself feeling quite fatigued. It wasn't until today that I managed to squeeze in a bit of exercise – I did some weighted squats at an open-air "gym" by a running track while taking our dog, Ninnu, for a walk. Unfortunately, the rain started pouring, cutting my workout short, as I needed to get Ninnu back home.
Given that I've had a four-day break between my training sessions, I'm contemplating whether to focus on power training instead of muscle toning for this upcoming week. What do you think?
