So I am trying to lose fat...I am not eating after my workout.
People are lead to believe that right after your workout you need to have your protein and carbs asap to make sure you don't lose muscle. Muscle loss does not come that easily. Takes a couple of days of not eating before you start to tap into your muscle reserves, like legit a couple of days maybe even weeks depending person to person...
The thing about time restricted eating (intermittent fasting) is that there is no way to make money from it.
Telling people "don't eat" makes it hard to sell protein shakes...
So I will not eat until at least noon tomorrow...I was done eating around 3:30 today so noon tomorrow is over 20 hours of fasting.
When you fast like this what happens is your body will spike some really powerful hormones, you can build some muscle on a calorie deficit with time restricted eating because of how your hormones are manipulated...
My plan is to workout tomorrow around or before noon so that after noon or around 2-3pm I can realllly enjoy a big meal
