For all people getting ready for Easter, Happy Good Friday! Though there is no Easter celebration in Cambodia, we still have a few chocolate eggs in the fridge my mom brought from Belgium... so a little bit easter in Cambodia will be possible this weekend!
So let's start this long weekend off right with a yummy peanut butter and jelly green smoothie.
INGREDIENTS (SERVES 2-3)
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup fresh moringa (or use 1-2 tbsp moringa powder instead)
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2.5 cups grapes (I used green grapes)
2 bananas
2-4 tablespoons peanut or almond butter
Optional toppings: coconut flakes and goji berries

DIRECTIONS
- Blend almond milk, moringa, and spinach until smooth. Add other ingredients and blend again. If the smoothie is too thick add more almond milk or water. If you have a high-speed blender you can throw everything in at once.
- Top with superfoods/topping if you like.
