** INGREDIENTS**
800 ml milk
200 ml cream with 10% fat
4–6 art. l. Cuban or Jamaican rum
200 g dark chocolate
1 small chili pepper
1 st. l. coconut flakes
**Step 1
** Pour milk and cream into a small saucepan. Add coconut flakes and whole chili, bring to a boil and remove from heat.
**Step 2
** Bitter chocolate break into small pieces and put in hot milk. Stir until chocolate is completely dissolved.
Step 3
** Remove the chilli pod, pour the rum into the saucepan and stir. Pour into glass mugs and serve hot.
