To be completely honest, I don’t like to cook complicated dishes. I am all about efficiency and health. When I make Lunch, I mainly focus on whole foods rich in fiber, protein, iron, calcium and healthy fats.
So since I don’t like spend too much time cooking, I prepared this easy bowl that takes no time but still is very delicious and filling.
I just needed to sauté spinach and Brocoli with some shrimps and boil some lentils.
And to help absorb all the nutrients, I added a teaspoon of olive oil.
