So, yesterday I went to the local market to get some fruits and vegetables for my bakery. And I came across some beautiful blueberries which where shouting at me "Pick us! Pick us!"
I couldn't let them there making all that noise! 😀
And I used them in some tarts and scones, those delicious "breadish" biscuits
Ingredients
225g flour
100 g sugar
140g butter
Vanilla extract
Lemon zest
5g cinnamon
140ml heavy cream or Greek yogurt
Blueberries
2 eggs
Put the ingredients in a food processor until combined. Add the blueberries and stir with a spatula.
The dough should be a little bit wet.
Divide the dough into small balls.
Bake for 25minutes or until golden.
Enjoy with your cup of coffee!
