We had our Chinese New Year family dinner last night since I fly today. The fam had a not-at-all-traditional roasted chicken (this is what we have for New Year’s and Christmas) with corn cobs and coleslaw while I found anything I could improvise with in the kitchen. Pho noodles with lots of garlic and random vegetables. I know, I know, that’s not Pho. I was improvising, okay?
