Yesterday I started sharing easy, foolproof recipes that would make a kitchen king/queen of any klutz. Today we continue!
From now on, you don't need to call your Chinese dealer to get your fix of tasty sesame chicken. The recipe provided by Budget Bytes is easy as fuck, and done in 20 minutes. Also, look at the costs. Look at them. So low. It's not worth the hassle of having to put on pants when the delivery dude arrives, when you've got a recipe like this one.

Some additional tips from me:
- The recipe says it serves 4, but honestly, that would be 4 teeny tiny portions. I'd double the recipe when making for 4, and freeze in any leftovers.
- I'd advice you to omit the cornstarch in the sauce. There's already cornstarch in the eggmixture around the chicken, adding the cornstarch in the sauce makes it too sticky. If that happens, just add a tablespoon water.
- Speaking of which, when you add the sauce, turn the stove down. It burns quickly, and only needs about a minute to heat through
- Boneless chicken tighs are awesome. Usually cheaper than breasts, and contain more flavor. But breasts work just as well, and need less cooking time compared to tighs.
- Rice vinegar is the shit, and can be bought at literally every toko/chinese shop. It's way more mellow compared to normal vinegar.
- While you have the rice vinegar, I strongly suggest you make this cucumber salad to accompany the chicken. It really needs something fresh to go along side it.
Have fun, let me know how it went!
