I hope you all had a great week! I can't believe our time in Bali is almost up. I'm trying to enjoy every single moment and live in the present. Soon we're leaving this wonderful paradise, but I know that we'll come back here one day. I found a second home here in Ubud and I'll be forever greatful for everything I got here. Our host family is the most wonderful, weather is nice, landscape stunning and the food is just the best.
Today I'd like to share one of my favourite breakfasts I usually enjoy before I have my first solid food in the morning. I love fresh juices, especially green ones because they're filled with plenty if nutrients that give you the perfect kick start into the day. Actually I'm not sharing only one, but four easy recipes with you today!

Ingredients
1. Spinach-Parsley-Ginger-Juice
- 2 handful of fresh spinach
- 4 rods of celery
- 1 handful of parsley
- 1 green apple
- 10 g fresh ginger root
- 1 lemon
2. Kale-Orange-Carrot-Juice
- 6 leaves of green kale
- 3-4 rods of celery
- 2 oranges
- 2 carrots
- 10 g of turmeric root
3. Salad-Celery-Mint-Juice
- 1 head of salad of your choice
- 3-5 rods of celery
- 1 large cucumber
- 2 limes
- handful of fresh mint
4. Mangold-Rote-Bete
- 6 leaves of swiss chard
- 1 large cucumber
- 1 beet root
- 2 limes
- handful of parsley
Instructions
- Wash/peel the ingredients and cut them small.
- Juice them using a slow (or high speed) juicer.
- Drin slowly, using a glass or bamboo straw.
