Since it is still strawberry season in some parts of this world, I'd like to share one of my very favourite breakfast recipes with you: A super creamy and delicious strawberry smoothie bowl! But even if strawberries aren't in season where you live, you can make this yummy smoothie bowl with frozen fruit.

Ingredients
- 1 ripe frozen banana
- 5 large strawberries (100 g)
- 100 ml plant milk, like oat or almond milk
- 30 g oats
- 1 tbsp of ground flax seeds
- handful of crunchy granola and other toppings of choice
Instructions
- Cut the frozen banana into 3cm long pieces and put them in a blender together with the strawberries.
- Mix together with half of the plant milk and slowly add more until the desired consistency is reached.
- Fill up a bowl with the strawberry smoothie and add the flax seeds, granola and toppings.
