Today I've a super simple plant milk recipe for your guys. You can use it for smoothies and smoothie bowls, you morning oats or even to make curries and other dishes with coconut milk. It is soo yummy and very quick and easy to make - you should definitely give it a try!

Ingredients (for 1 liter)
- 1 l water
- 200 g desiccated coconut (or fresh coconut meat)
- 3-4 pitted dates* oder 3-4 tbsp date syrup
- optionally some ground vanilla to taste
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and mix 3-4 minutes on highest speed until a milk like consistency.
- Filter the solid pieces with a fine-mesh sieve or a nut milk bag. You can use these to make raw energy balls.
- Fill the milk into a bottle and store cool. Usw up within 3 days. Shake well before use.
