Breakfast Sandwich by Eat Justice Food Truck

Last Sunday morning I took a ride up to Holbrook Farm for a delicious breakfast at the Eat Justice Food Truck. They serve up some of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. Here's a picture of the 'Crack is Wack' sandwich, which consists of soft scrambled eggs, goat cheese, bacon, fig spread and arugula on a lightly toasted brioche bun. It's a perfect looking breakfast sandwich and it's loaded with flavor.
