Sharing with you an easy and simple recipe that is worth doing as a family
Ingredients:
- 1 kg of rice
- 1 kg of chicken breast
- 1 1/2 kg of mortadella (can be meat or chicken)
- 2 onions
- 4 branches of celeri
- 2 large peppers
- 4 branches of chives
- 2 large carrots
- 2 heads of garlic
- 1/2 kg of Chinese sprouts
- Pepper, salt, onoto and cubito powder to taste
- 1 cup of soy sauce
We begin by chopping the branches of celeri and carrots in small pieces, to then place the pieces of carrots at a rate and the pieces of celeri in a wide tray.
While the first vegetables are chopped, on the other hand in a pot they start to cook the two kilos of rice.
After leaving the rice to cook, we continue to chop the peppers, onions and chives to complete the tray.
After the necessary time for cooking the rice, we can see that the rice is ready.
In a mortar we place the two heads of garlic to crush them. The half kilo of mortadella and the kilo of chicken breast are also minced in small pieces.
In a cauldron, stir fry the mortadella and the chicken breast.
After a few minutes of having been in the pot the pieces of mortadella and chicken breast, add the crushed garlic, carrots, celeri, onions, peppers and chives and previously chopped.
Once you have added everything, mix well and let it sauté several minutes so that the onion, paprika, chives and celeri release their flavor.
Salt, onoto, pepper and powder cube are prepared on a plate. In a little cup, add the soy sauce and then add everything to the cauldron where the mortadella, chicken breast, onions, peppers, celeris, carrots and chives are being softened.
Mix everything very well and let it sauté.
Then we added the half kilo of Chinese sprouts plus the two kilos of rice already cooked and mixed very well.
We take three eggs to beat them in a bowl and then pour them into a pan to make an omelet.
After the tortilla has been ready, it is chopped into small pieces and added with a little more chives to the cauldron. Finally they are mixed again.
Being all ready, what remains is serving the first course and start tasting this excellent recipe easily and simply.
