Good morning my friends, a nice recipe idea with meetballs and easy to cook , let’s see
Ingredients
800 g ground beef mixed with pork
• 4 slices of stale bread soaked and squeezed
• 2 large onions grated on a grater
• 3 cloves of garlic grated on a grater
• 3 tbsp. soup fresh or evaporated milk
• 1 fresh egg
• 1 tsp. sweet oregano
• 1 tsp. Fresh chopped fresh basil
• 1 tsp. chopped fresh mint soup
• 2 tbsp. chopped parsley soup
• ¼ κουτ. sweet spice
• ¼ κουτ. sweet cumin
• ½ κουτ. sweet mustard powder
• salt - freshly ground pepper
• olive oil for frying
For the sauce
• 1 can (500 g) lightly concentrated tomato juice
• 1 tsp. sweet tomato paste
• 1 pinch of sugar
• ⅓ φλυτζ. teaspoon olive oil
• salt - freshly ground pepper
• 1 cup. tea water
Preparation
Spread the minced meat in a bowl and pour the milk over it.
Make a hole in the middle and add the bread, onions (with their liquids), garlic, egg, spices and salt and pepper.
Knead the mixture, combine well, cover and leave in the fridge for 60΄.
This way the minced meat will be flavored and the meatballs will be very nice.

Shape the minced meat into large meatballs, with our palms.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a wide pan (enough to cover half of the meatballs when fried), and fry them lightly, turning them on each side.
Set them aside, and prepare the sauce.

In a wide saucepan, put the tomato juice, the pulp, the sugar, the oil, the salt and pepper and the water.
Once it boils, add the meatballs.
(The sauce should almost cover them, so if necessary, add a little more hot water).
Lower the heat to half and let the food boil until the meatballs are done and the sauce sets.
Accompany them with french fries or spaghetti.
- If you want it lighter, skip the frying, in the meatballs.
Stay safe and healthy my friends and take care of your people
My best wishes from Greece
