One of the best Filipino Food that is perfect for all season. Here I am going to teach you my specialty in cooking this mouth-watering dish.
Ingredients
- 1 kilo Beef Shank
- 5 large size crushed onion
- 2 large tomato
- 2 Spring Onion
- 1 big size ginger
- 1 sliced corn
- small sized bamboo shoots chopped
- 1 lemon grass
- 2 Kung Pao pepper
- 1 Chinese Cabbage
- 2 liters of water
Steps
- Wash the beef shank properly.
- Put the onion, ginger, tomatoes and spring onion. Let it boil. Wait for 5 minutes
- Put the beef shank and simmer it for 4 hours. Add the corn and bamboo shoots
- Once the beef is tender and soft. Put the lemongrass, kung pao pepper, Chinese Cabbage. Cook for 5 minutes.
Your Beef Pochero or Bulalo is Now Ready to Serve. Enjoy!
