INGREDIENTES:
1 1/2 times as much sugar
2 grated coconuts
2 cups of water
1 teaspoon clear vanilla
PREPARACIÓN:
1.Open the coconuts and grate the pulp and set aside.
2.Place the 2 cups of water and sugar in a pot and cook over low heat. When the syrup takes on consistency, add the grated coconut, stirring constantly with a wooden spoon to prevent sticking.
3.to know if you have the right spot, take a teaspoon of the preparation and pour it over a little bit of water, if a loose ball is formed, it is ready. Remove from heat, add vanilla essence and beat until thickened.
4.Place the mixture on a damp board. Once cooled, cut our nougat into squares....
