Most people find making french macarons hard but with this recipe, you can make it flawlessly. A dash of this and a helping of that with a cup of love can make some really good macarons! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
65g (2/3 cup) Powdered Sugar
50g (1/2 cup) Almond Flour
1 egg white
20g (2 tbsp) Granulated Sugar
Food colouring (optional)
Steps:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit
Beat the granulated sugar and egg white together until it forms a soft peak. We are trying to make a light and fluffy meringue.
Add the food colouring according to the instructions provided (optional)
Sift the almond flour and powdered sugar together to in a separate bowl.
Add the powdered sugar and almond flour mixture slowly into the meringue and fold it.
Pour the mixture into a piping bag
Pipe the mixture onto a parchment paper
Tap it on a table to real ease any air bubbles gently
Let it sit for 15 mins until it forms a smooth skin
Bake in the oven for 15 until hard ( not golden ) and make sure that it doesn’t burn
Let it cool for 1 hour
Pipe the frosting of your choice onto the macaron
Enjoy within 3 to 5 days
