Our vegan dinner today:
A salat made with tomatoes, bell pepper, greens like kale, parsley, basil, onion. Then oliveoil, apple vinegar, salt, pepper and wheatgrasspowder to spice it up a bit. All mixed up- done.
The other plates you can see the ingredients.
In the middle a glas with peanutbutter where we dipped the sticks in.
As it was still warm outside we spontanious decided to have dinner outside like a picknick.
Kids loved it and I love seeing them eating those healthy things.
You just have to make it interesting for the kids to eat healthy and they will!
