Made for breakfast, after all, a festive, almost May morning. The basis for "pizza" potato and it is perfectly combined with fish-tuna. "Pizza" is dietary with min fat, which means that it is useful for those who are on a low-fat diet, like me or for those who just love tuna!
for the base:
1 pc potatoes
1 tbsp wheat flour
50 ml milk 1%
1 piece egg chicken
to taste sea salt
For filling:
0.25 cans tuna canned in s / s
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 piece tomato small
0,25 piece red onion
5 pcs black olives
1 tbsp chopped greens: dill, parsley, onion
20 g Parmesan
For the test, we take potatoes, clean it, wash it. Milk is heated. In a measuring glass, broke the egg into milk, salted and stirred. She added flour. All is good with a fork connected. The form was covered with baking paper.
Potatoes thinly cut "patch."
In a form, on paper, I poured out half of the dough and laid it all over the shape of the "patch" of potatoes, poured the remaining dough.
She put in the oven for 15 minutes at t-180 C.
Prepared in the meantime all that will be on top of the "pizza".
The basis for "pizza" missed tomato paste.
The tuna in my jar was mashed-for salads. She laid it on top of the paste and spread it with a brush.
Chopped tomatoes with mugs laid on tuna. I laid the onion rings, cut the sliced olives, sprinkled with herbs and sprinkled everything with cheese, rubbed on the middle grater. Cheese can be more. Put again in the oven for 10 minutes at t-180 C.
Breakfast is ready!
