Good Afternoon Foodies.
I had the pleasure of going to Pitch Restaurant in Worthing, on the South Coast Easter Monday to eat at Masterchef 2018 winner Kenny Tutt. I have been many times before and I was really looking forward to eating what was on the menu as everything sang to me. Over the next few days I will post about every dish. Here is the first one.
"Heritage beetroot & whipped cods row tartlet"

This was what was at the very beginning of the meal to wet the appetite. The tartlet case was so thin and light but it had the most amazing crisp and flavour. The beetroot was sweet and the whipped cods row added a great bit of seasoning to the tartlet. It really enhanced the flavour of the beetroot and all together the texture was amazing. It definitely left me wanting more.
