First of all, I would like to thank my friend for inviting me to be her lab rat, because what she has cooked up for us is simply amazing! So, my friend bought a sous vide machine and have been wanting to try it out since, so she invited a bunch of us over for dinner.
So this whole sous vide thing is actually a cooking technique by using precise temperature to cook different ingredients, to achieve exact level of doneness and maximise its tastiness.
My friend cooked us sous vide steak, cut up to eat with wrap and house salad, and it was awesome!
We had strips of steak sandwiched between baked tortilla wrap and salad with vinaigrette dressing.
We also had cauliflower mash for the side, and oh my god the mash was divine! I've been trying to ask her for the recipe but she wouldn't budge spilling the secret! Let me know if you have one hehe.
