I want to present one of my favorite dishes of Ukrainian cuisine. Stuffed Cabbage rolls . I most like stuffed with rice and meat.
For the preparation of this dish, we need such ingredients:
cabbage - 3 heads
rice - 500gr
minced meat - 1000 gr
onions - 2 pcs
carrot - 3 pcs
tomato sauce - 4 tablespoons
butter - 200gr
sour cream - 100gr
salt, pepper
- Divide cabbage leaves and cook it 5 min.
- Boil the rice.
- fry the onions and carrots and add stuffing. Stew 10 minutes.
- rice mixed with minced meat.
- Boiled cabbage leaves clean from stem.
- The stuffing wrap in a leave and compose to storage vessel closely.
- Нeat the butter, add sour cream and tomato sauce.
- Pour this sauce stuffed.
- Put to the oven at 220-200 and bake about 2 hours.
Serve with sour cream or tomato sauce.
