Weekends are for late mornings and brunching and this place does brunch super well. Look at those eggs, perfectly cooked and gooey inside. This dish was sautéed mushrooms with kale, cauliflower purée and guacamole with charred sourdough, smoked corn and jalapeño custard. It sounds like theres a lot going on but it all worked well together and tasted so daym amazing. An awesome start to the long weekend
