Cookies with chocolate chips
220 g Chilled butter
240 g Sugar
10 g Vanilla sugar
2 pieces Eggs
350 gr of flour
100-150 gr Chocolate
1 tsp Soda
1/4 tsp. Salt
Seed oil and whisk at an average speed of 1-2 minutes. Add both types of sugar and beat for another 2-3 minutes.
Add eggs, whisk until smooth.
Sift in a bowl of flour, salt and soda and knead a homogeneous dough.
Add in the dough finely chopped chocolate or chocolate drops and mix.
Form the balls from the dough and lay them on the baking tray, lightly pressing.
Bake in preheated to 190 degrees oven for 10-12 minutes. Cool on the grate.
