Hey there!
From time to time I get up and don't know what to eat in the morning. Shall I make pancakes? Have a slice of bread? Or an oatmeal? Most of the times I decide to go for the oatmeal! :)
Oatmeals are quick, healthy, tasty and so versatile!
Ingredients of this one ๐:
1/2 cup oats
1 cup soy/oat/coconut/rice drink
2 tablespoons cacao powder
1 tablespoon agave syrup
I just used a pot and mixed everything inside and cooked it on low heat for 5 minutes. Its getting thick and creamy quite fast. After this as a base I topped it with frozen raspberries. I also had blue spirulina chia pudding together with it. The chia pudding gives me enough omega 3 fats for the day already! Amazing! ๐๐๐ผ
