- 1 Chicken of 1.2 kilograms, cut into large pieces.
- 300 Grams of degraded peas.
- 500 grams of peeled and chopped tomatoes
- 1 Large onion finely chopped.
- 1 Large red paprika roasted and cut into thin strips.
- 1 Glass of dry white wine.
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil.
- 2 tablespoons of flour.
- Salt, ground black pepper.
Wash the chicken and dry thoroughly, apply salt, pepper and cover with flour.
Next, heat the oil in a large frying pan over the heat and lightly brown the chicken pieces.
When the chicken is browned, remove it and place in a large pot. In the same oil where we have browned the chicken pieces, introduce the onion until it begins to take color, add the tomatoes and let them cook for about 15 minutes.
Pour this sauce over the chicken, add the peas, the strips of paprika, the wine, salt and pepper to taste.
