Ingredients:
12 tablespoons of rice
1 liter of milk
6 tablespoons of sugar
A sprig of cinnamon
Salt to taste
Preparation:
To make rice with milk, first wash the rice, to wash it simply place it in a colander and place it under the sink's water jet, moving it gently, a few minutes until the water that comes out through the colander looks crystal clear.
Drain and place in a pot with a cup of water and bring to medium heat until all the water evaporates without letting burn, at this point you add the liter of milk and the cinnamon stick.
It is stirring very well and it is continued cooking over medium heat, when it is getting creamy add the 6 tablespoons of sugar and salt to taste.
Stir a little more gently and leave until it acquires a rather thick consistency.
Remove from heat, pour into one or several containers and let cool. Before serving, add a little cinnamon powder.
