Hi all! Today my baking project was mini pavlovas. Pavlova is named after the Russian ballerina Anna Pavlova. It is a meringue dessert with a crisp crust and soft inside, usually topped with fruits or berries and whipped cream. I topped my mini pavlovas with whipped cream, strawberry quark, strawberries, blueberries and some dark chocolate. Now I´m just waiting my guest to come to taste them!
