I wanted to get a cast iron pan today as suggested by but I'm feeling so lazy.
I just ended up putting together a Charcuterie plate, as likes to say :p
- Smoked wild Sockeye Salmon
- French dried sausage with chilli peppers
- Marble cheese
- Cream cheese
Yes I will admit I paid way too much for this sockeye. I wanted to try it because I love salmon and I've never tried that kind. I'm finding the flavor is completely overwhelming. The only way I can eat it is with a spoon of cream cheese.
The sausage is great though. Still find it kind of difficult to eat. I just haven't been very hungry the last few days.
Well... looks like the cat really likes the fish. Actually once you get use to the strong flavor I can see how people would really like it.
