Today I cook 'goreng pisang' which is to 'fried' bananas.
It is my personal 'recipe'... other may have their own recipe or preference based on their own tastebud... but if you never try this before, and not sure how to start... you can try my recipe.
By the way, "goreng pisang" is a very common food in Malaysia.
First step, I used an organic flour as the ingredient.
Mix the water and the flour.
Cut the bananas into thin pieces like the photo. This bananas then will be but into the flour we prepared before this.
Then, fried the bananas pieces in hot oil.
and here is the result... ready to eat 'pisang goreng'
