This is a popular pancit in Tuguegarao, City Cagayan. It's made out of Pancit miki, minced carabao meat, cabbage , bean sprouts and topped with egg. Why it's Pancit Batil Patung? Because Batil patong means "Beat the egg" and place on the top. hahaha 😁😁😂 This is great specially if you have soysauce with chili and alot of minced onion. yummy 😋..
