What is Don?
Donburi (丼, literally means "bowl", pronouce as "don",) is a Japanese dishes which is a bowl of rice consisting fish, meat, vegetables or other ingredients on the top of the rice.
What so special with this resturant?
This is currently a trending hot resturant in Hong Kong, and the reason it's reputation is obvious, they have add plenty of meat in a single don on the top of the rice like a little mountain! When it place the dish on the table it just stuns you. I personally find reallu hard time not to drop the meat on the table during the begining. And it also look pretty good, everytime I look at these photos, I feel hungry again!
Lets take a look what we eat. The first is the *Slow-cooked Beef Big Don - MEGA*. A lot of beef, and it taste great with the mayonnaise and soy sauce.
