I probably wouldn't be so anxious for my new job if I had been going to the gym this week.
But today I did a pretty legit almost full body workout
Started off with 5 minutes on the elliptical before moving on to super setting bench press and lat pulldown
Then I did cable chest flies super set with cable back twists
While I was there I did super set triceps rope pull down with bicep barbell curl 21 7-7-7
Moved on to a triple super set of leg extension, leg curl and calf raises
Finished off with one set of crazy 8's but instead of 8 I did 12 - its when you grab a light weight and do shoulder flies, forward flies, bent over shoulder flies, shoulder raises and standing overhead press...
Sick workout! feeling great - especially training soon after that big meal I feel the food will go to right places :)
