Ingredients:
Ingredients:
Chicken β 500g
Yogurt β 3 tbsp
Ginger-Garlic Paste β 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder β 1 tsp
Turmeric β Β½ tsp
Coriander Powder β 1 tsp
Cumin Powder β 1 tsp
Garam Masala β Β½ tsp
Salt β to taste
Lemon Juice β 1 tbsp
Cornflour β 2 tbsp
All-Purpose Flour (Maida) β 2 tbsp
Oil β for frying
Process
I washed the chicken thoroughly. Then I added yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, cumin, garam masala, salt, and lemon juice, and mixed everything well.
After that, I let it marinate for at least 1β2 hours (for best results, I kept it in the fridge).
After marinating,
I heated oil in a pan. On medium flame, I fried the chicken until it turned golden brown. I cooked it well from all sides so that it stayed soft and juicy from the inside.
When the chicken turned brown, I lowered the flame and lit a piece of coal, then placed it inside the pan so it gives a BBQ-like aroma.
After that, I sprinkled a little chaat masala on top and squeezed some lemon over it.
