Hello my hivelovers, after a while I am pleased to share this space with you again and there is nothing more succulent than doing it with something delicious that sweetens our lives.
I was some time doing some personal business and I had space for new learning that I would like to show you so that when you have the opportunity you can also make new recipes.
Here you can explore step by step how to make pineapple jam, a sweet that you can eat with cookies, breads and even alone if you like.
It is economical, can last a long time in the fridge and above all it is ideal for a snack.
Materiales:
1 Piña
1 taza de azúcar
1 cucharada de jugo de limón
Materials:
Glass jars
1 pineapple
1 taza de azúcar
1 tablespoon of lime juice
Procedimiento/ Procedure:
The first thing to do is to clean the pineapple with the help of a knife.
After leaving the pineapple without eyes, we will cut it into 4 pieces and remove the core of the pineapple, as it is a very hard part.
Then chop the pineapple into small pieces which we are going to blend. at this point you can decide whether to blend it all or leave smaller pieces of pineapple to leave them in the jam.
Place the blended pineapple in a saucepan, heat over medium heat, add the sugar and lemon.
Stir constantly to avoid sticking, be careful not to burn yourself because it splashes when boiling. Turn off when it has the consistency you want
Sterilize glass containers by placing them in hot water for a few minutes, then turn upside down until ready for use.
Place the hot jam in the glass jars, cover and place upside down for 24 hours, then put in the refrigerator and ready, consume when cooled.
We have the jam ready
I hope you liked this recipe, that you put it into practice for you and your family, thankful that you are there.
