The morning weigh-in had me at 186.5 pounds. My 188 pound plateau seems to have ended. I thought for sure yesterday's weight might stall.
I feel like I've hit a rhythm. I do feel hungry during the day. I do eat. However, I do not feel compelled to eat as much. The high fat foods only require that I eat a little to be satisfied. Water also seems to help. I have to be mindful to hydrate besides coffee. I also have to be mindful to add fiber.
Breakfast
- Leftover cheddar/bacon biscuit with cream cheese
- string cheese
- coffee with MCT oil and cream
Lunch
- 2 rotisserie chicken wings
- coffee with cream
Supper
- Handful of pecans
- celery with cream cheese
- Atkins lemon wafer bar with tea
