Hola amigos de #SWC aquí les traigo unas fotos donde realizó unos combos de freestyler.
Fue un día en dónde me sentía súper pesado, pero no es excusa para darle duro al freestyler, cada vez estoy haciendo más combos en dónde fluyó más.
También estuve intentando el freesbe pero la verdad no me salía muy bien la progresión es un truco que me hace volar la mente ya que casi no lo entiendo.
Y al final hice una rutina de aguantes de stradell con mi compañero

Hi friends of #SWC here I bring you some photos where I did some freestyler combos.
It was a day where I felt super heavy, but it is no excuse to give hard to the freestyler, I'm doing more and more combos where it flowed more.
I was also trying the freesbe but the truth is that I didn't get the progression very well, it's a trick that blows my mind because I almost don't understand it.
And in the end I did a stradell hold routine with my partner
