Constant Tension
Constant tension usually translates to constant growth, and that’s exactly what you get with cable curls throughout the movement, unlike dumbbells and barbells. No momentum cheating, no rest at the bottom, and every inch counts.Perfect for Mind–Muscle Connection
Very few exercises help you lock in mind–muscle connection like cable curls. The movement forces you to slow down, which ensures controlled reps and a proper squeeze in the biceps.Joint-Friendly and Shoulder-Safe
This is my favourite part. Because of the range of motion, you’re able to train at high intensity without feeling unnecessary strain on your joints or shoulders.Endless Variations
I’ve used the bar attachment, but not much else. I really love the single-arm variation, which is the one in the video. I eventually did both arms, and regardless, it felt great and kept constant tension where it needed to be and isolated the biceps properly.
Well, there you have it. Next time you go to the gym, try them out and come back to thank me.
Thanks for reading. Till next time.
